Do you think that in order to print/broadcast the name or picture of a person, permission should be GAINED?

Unless of course you are reporting on a CROOK or MISSING person, which in those cases I think we need to be careful.

IN the case of the person labeled as a "crook" ~ What if the person is innocent? Will there be enough RE-BROADCASTED/printed-media in order to VINDICATE such a person?

What if the person labeled as "missing" simply does not wish to be found? Is protection going to be there for such a person from perhaps their "estranged lover" or an "angry mob" who they were trying to get away from however as a result of your news story you "unearthed them", so to speak?

I wonder if the GOVERNMENT in some fashion should be the one who approves the FINAL WORD on media involving "CROOKS or MISSING", that way accountability/responsibility... would fall where it would... there is more to say/discuss on this...

I made mistakes in this "realm" prior to realizing this notion, concerning my use of certain other people's names in certain forms of media or certain instances SPOKEN-WORD(which is essentially a form of media) and I would like to apologize to anyone who I may have wrongly affected.  I AM SORRY
